Joining FAQ

How to Join

Please read this before trying to join.  It may answer any questions that you have and save you time!

You should first choose whether you wish to join with a monthly subscription or an annual subscription.  There is no difference in status.  However the Bottled Up Program is delivered over a 6 month period with some later consolidation.  In order to access all of the program you require to have an active membership, so if you choose a monthly membership please ensure that you keep it current (we employ recurring payments so as long as you do not cancel your membership will remain active).

When you have chosen your subscription method click on next and you will be taken to the sign up process.  To make sure that the sign up process is totally secure, there are two stages to joining Bottled-up.

Stage 1

In the first stage you enter your details for the Bottled-up website.  This way we can contact you to tell you about changes in the website, forthcoming teleconferences and also so that you can become part of the community, if you want to.  After joining, how much information you make available is completely up to you and within your control, literally.  You have a control panel where you decide what information others see.  You can even have a photo album if you want, or you can remain completely anonymous if you prefer.

Stage 2

The second stage takes you to the totally secure payment system Paypal.  You will see that this account is under our trading name 24/7 Help Yourself (our sister website).  If you have a Paypal account, you can pay using that account.  If you do not have an existing Paypal account, click on the link at the bottom of the page to pay using a credit or a debit card.  Please have your card ready and follow the instructions.  Fill in all the required information and click on the pay button.  When you have completed the form, click on the link “Return to merchant” and you will be returned to Bottled-up.

Why dollars?

Although we are based in the UK, this is a website with a global membership.  To reflect that fact we have chosen to use dollars as the currency of the website as it has a much wider use.  Don't worry if you are based in the UK or any other country, your credit card will still function in Paypal and your bank will automatically convert the payment later.

Automatic renewal

The registration process is set up for automatic renewal, this is to save you having to go through this process again and to save you having to fill in the forms again.  However you can cancel anytime you like through your own page on the website, through Paypal or, if you try to cancel and get stuck, you can tell us and we can do it for you!  However, cancelling your payments is your responsibility.
